Harvest Pizzeria Expanding to Dublin This Summer

Central Ohio will get its third Harvest Pizzeria this summer when a new location opens at 45 North High Street in the heart of Historic Dublin. The new restaurant will share similarities with the German Village original, but will likely have more in common with its Clintonville counterpart.

“We’re still fine tuning the menu and details for what future Harvest locations will look like,” explained Chris Crader, CEO of Grow Restaurants, the parent company of Harvest, The Sycamore and Salt & Pine. “It will be closer to Clintonville, but not exact.”

Crader said that he had been exploring a Dublin location for the past year, and is excited about the new development occurring along the Bridge Street Corridor. He had considered setting up shop in a new building at Bridge Park or Bridge Park West, but ultimately decided that going into an existing historic building was a better fit for their brand.

“This is a growing community — so we felt we’re moving in at the right time in the right location,” said Crader. “It’s right in Old Dublin, but just right across the river from all of the new development Crawford Hoying is working on.”

The newest Harvest will measure approximately 4,000 square feet and will seat 80 to 90 guests. There won’t be any patio seating at first, but Crader said that could be added later on. The restaurant is expected to be open sometime in mid-Summer with late June being an ideal timeframe.

After Dublin, Grow Restaurants is setting their sights back on the central city. Their next establishment will be coming to Italian Village with more details expected within the next few weeks.
