  • Pirates Board the Santa Maria
Once a year the Santa Maria, a full size replica of Christopher Columbus’ flagship serving as a history museum, turns into a Pirate Ship. Our Haunted Pirate adventure is a family friendly event and we promise a little “boo” for everyone. The approximately 20 minute guided tour starts on the fore deck of the ship where you meet a group of merry Pirates about to become a shadow of their former selves. As you move thru the eerie ship and down to the hold you will find that the rats and spiders are taking over and that a pirate skeleton is watching over the ships treasures. Back up in the steerage area a table is set with spoils of the voyage and ghosts walk the decks. When you reach the quarter deck a sea monster is waiting for us and we hurry into the captain’s cabin for safe keeping. The captain is no longer in his cabin but his spirit is still in the room and we leave very hurriedly to escape our nightmares.

The Haunted ship is held October 29. 30 and Oct. 31 from 7-10 PM. Adult admission is $5.00, youth 4-12 is $2.50 and seniors 60 plus is $4.50.
