Usually, a news story about a mysterious package requires a visit by the bomb squad and an evacuation of the immediate area. But we’ve got a feeling that this package might be a little bit different.
Over the weekend, a large gift-wrapped box popped up at the corner of Broad and High. The gift wrapping is covered in 200Columbus logo, and a press release in our inbox this morning revealed that Mayor Coleman will be hosting a press conference this Thursday at 12:15pm to unveil what’s inside.
Anyone have any guesses as to what it might be?

A new tent for Occupy Columbus.
They’re fools to think that someone won’t open it before Thursday!
It’s like the holidays…. always wanna take a peek! :)

I’m hoping it’s big enough to fit a streetcar in there!
Future buildings of Columbus and to create a megaopolis?
The new iPhone 5….

What is it?! Does anyone know?!
idUS
I didn’t think idUS was a surprise, they have been talking and advertising it for months… lame (not idUS but that that’s the “big surprise”)
Ugh. I’m too materialistic and short-sighted for this.
