Giant Eagle Now Offers Grocery Delivery Service to Central Ohioans

Today begins Giant Eagle’s Curbside Express Home Delivery service. Customers living in one of more than 50 Central Ohio zip codes can now begin ordering groceries up to a week in advance and have them delivered to their front door.

The service is an expansion of the curbside pickup service introduced in central Ohio two years ago and will allow customers to choose from 45,000 goods, including fresh produce, meat, seafood and bakery items, refrigerated and frozen foods, cleaning and laundry products, and more.

“We are excited to take this unique convenience to the next level with an innovative home delivery solution, giving customers access to nearly our entire store without ever having to leave home,” said Dan Donovan, Giant Eagle spokesperson, in a press release.

With a flat $12.95 delivery fee, the delivery service has no minimum purchase requirement, accepts eCoupons, and allows customers to earn fuelperks+ perks on all orders. Those who want next-day delivery should place their orders by 11:59 p.m. on the day prior.

Giant Eagle has partnered with Deliy, who’ll bring the orders from store to doorstep within one hour. Any credit or debit account will be charged once the order leaves the store.
