Free Tickets for Cooking Class at the North Market

Chef Matt Prokopchak of Trattoria Roma will be instructing one of the “Chef Series Cooking Class” events on Wednesday, March 11th in the Dispatch Kitchen at The North Market. We’ve got a pair of free tickets to the event for anyone who wants them!

Actually, I’d LOVE to see these tickets go to a friend of mine who’s wife passed away. He’s now a single parent with a 10 year old daughter. She’s recently expressed an interest in learning how to cook, and he’s largely “lost” in the kitchen. i’ve been trying to find a parent/child cooking class to send them to to get them kickstarted, but, haven’t found anything.

On a side note, if anyone knows of any good classes like this, please hit me with a PM.
