Anyone know this restaurant? It's supposed to be a standing-only joint on campus but I couldn't find it. And no phone number. I saw it in TOP. If you've actually been there, tell me exactly where it's at. Thanks.

i think this place used to be next to the national city on campus at 16th and high but it closed and now houses insomnia cookies. not sure if yummy dogs relocated or not...
