The Matchbox Gallery at Junctionview Studios is pleased to announce its new exhibition titled “Yummy!†The artwork in the show explores eating, drinking, cooking, dining, and everything related to food. Sponsored by the Couchfire Collective and curated by Amy Neiwirth, Yummy! features artwork by over 40 artists from Columbus and beyond, in media such as painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture, plush, photography, and print-making.
Opening Party: Friday, August 14, 2009 from 6 pm to midnight at Junctionview Studios

The Yummy! opening celebration is also a fundraiser for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank; attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or a monetary donation for the foodbank.
Pieces in the show will be available for purchase.

Yummy! will be on view at Junctionview Studios’ Matchbox Gallery (889 Williams Ave. Columbus, OH 43212) from August 14 – September 13, 2009. Matchbox Gallery Hours are 1-5 pm on Fridays and 12-5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
