Yogalates with Julia McSheffery
This new class is an effective fusion of Pilates exercises and yoga postures. Utilize core strengthening techniques found in Pilates and the flowing poses and breathing techniques of yoga to help you improve your core strength, stability and balance. The synergy of these exercises helps you integrate body and mind, bringing more awareness to your movements while you build your body’s strength and flexibility in a balanced way. This class is suited to all fitness levels; students are provided with modifications to decrease or increase the intensity of the workout as needed. Bring your own Yoga mat.
