Does anyone know the significance, if any, of the yellow shirts tied together and strung from the side of the Greystone apartments on High Street in the Short North?

indeed, it was part of last Saturday's event. either that, or Lance Armstrong liked his July visit to Rosendale's so much he decided to move in next door.
