We're expecting big numbers so here is some main information on the event. We're still waiting to hear about parking and so forth but I'll post that info as soon as it's available.
The Show
Back to the Garden, a musical journey through the Woodstock Festival.
- Come experience the story of Woodstock the way it was meant to be – outdoors! The Shadowbox hit musical “Back to the Garden†is playing in the park! Come experience the great songs of the ‘60’s along with the backstage drama of the biggest concert in history. This version of the show is family-friendly so don’t be afraid to bring the kids!

- Performance starts at 8 p.m. - runs approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes
- Although the performance is free, we’ll be asking for donations for Schiller Park’s resident company - Actors’ Theater,

Seating
We will fit as many people as we can in the actual “seating area†(Blankets Only).
There are other spots in the park with limited sightlines. For everyone else, you will still be able to hear the show (mostly made up of great songs from the Woodstock era.) WE RECOMMEND GETTING THERE EARLY!
Food and Drink
We recommend bringing food and drink picnic style. Don’t forget water!
We are currently attempting to contact vendors and hope to have a list posted shortly.

Restrooms
There will be Port O’Potties in addition to the restrooms available at the Schiller Park rec center.

We’ll be selling our Back to the Garden t-shirts for $25. CASH ONLY.
