Upper Arlington's latest restaurant is a casual affair, a place where patrons are encouraged to test the vast expanse of their palates, whether it's with wine or food or both.
The Wine Bistro is wrapped in warm earth tones, said Christine Dargusch, marketing director for the concept at 1755 W. Lane Ave.
