Turn up the wattage on your holiday season with Wildlights at the Zoo, presented by American Electric Power. Brighter and “greener†than ever, Central Ohio’s favorite family tradition is back with a whole new look. Thanks to AEP’s support, the Zoo converted half of its three million lights into more eco-friendly LED lights.
Don’t miss the Wildlights Model Train Railway located in Mrs. Claus’ Kitchen. With more interactive features, animation and a real steam whistle, this railway is sure to delight! Visitors can jump into the engineer’s seat Monday through Thursday evenings.
Get your picture taken with Santa and finish up your holiday shopping at the Zoo’s Market Place and Jungle Jack Hanna’s Adventure Store. Oh, and don't worry about the cold, we have indoor animal exhibits to keep you warm all night and enough hot chocolate to quench an elephant's thirst!

Launched in August 2010, TheMetropreneur.com is a local online resource devoted to small business development and entrepreneurship. Its aim is to tell the stories of Central Ohio's business community, foster regional economic development and assist entrepreneurs with its resource-heavy focus.
