LOL! Somehow I had completely missed it apparently, but had the sound on for the Today Show in the background when I heard that quote about who the victims are this morning. 'Bout fell out of my chair.

If one believed some of the news coverage, women lashing out at men is men getting what they deserve.
I flipped past this story on CNN recently; some woman was defending the attackers with phrases like "at least they didn't kill him". By that logic, wife beaters should be praised for their restraint?
Some people are just nucking futs. In this case, the women for their attack, him for being dumb enough to sleep with any of them and the media for bleating on.
At least no one is using this incident to claim there's endemic misandry in our culture.

The bad part is a lot of people would view this differently if it were guys doing this to a girl. It’s a sad thing that people are not looked at the same even if it was the same crime the guy especially when something of sexual nature like this is involved always gets more shit. I personally don’t think that’s cool at all. I dread to think that these women will not get as much time as a guy if it was a reversed role. SAD
