St. James Tavern had it last week. There's also kegs at Barrel & Bottle at North Market.

I heard that Bodega, Bob's Bar and Barley's on Dublin Rd had it earlier this week. Might want to call ahead before venturing out to find it.

Ditto to everyone with St James, that's the only place I've been able to find it on tap. Grandview Carryout sells six for $18, though it's better on tap.
