White Castle also is testing an Asian food concept, Laughing NoodleCool, if the sliders aren't moving fast enough on their own, you can lube them with hot chile oil.
I dont even want to think about the resulting burning assplosion.

Seems like I don't see as many bums in White Castles as I used to, but beer might bring them back. But probably not a $3 a piece.
What if White Castle has a mobile food cart or truck...taking Slyders to the people. WC was definitely a pioneer in late night eats.
If they grilled (well, steamed) it, would you come?

When I think about WC pioneering things, I think about them pioneering the prep regimen for a colonoscopy.
Coming soon, Sam n' Ella's Cart o' Gray Meat. "All the indigestion you've come to know and love, none of the facilities. But hey, that's what alleys are for!"
I am supporter of White Castle. The struggles White Castle faced in the 1920's are very similar to what mobile vendors face today: stereotypes and misperceptions about food quality, reluctance to try a new kind of food, etc. White Castle was among the first in the industry to hire women and minorities.
Their main competitors in the realm of fast food was "street meat" - mobile push cart vendors. The times have changed.....but no so much. In less than 100 years the food industry is looking back to a tradition as old as the ChuckWagon for a boost.

The original buildings from the 1930's were moveable, they could be taken apart and reassembled elsewhere.
Kind of cool.
Abd let us not forget, CU regular Roland loves White Castles.
My deepest, darkest, most shameful secret? I like White Castle fish nuggets. I'll even eat them when I'm sober.
Please don't out me, I couldn't bear the shame.
This thread is making me hungry.
It seems a little early to be that drunk, Walker.
I thought it was a fairly common Christmas Eve Eve tradition to eat White Castle for breakfast?
Oh well, more for me I guess!
