290-pound man sues White Castle because he can’t fit into booth
Claims restaurant chain violates Americans with Disabilities Act

A New York man has sued White Castle, charging discrimination because none of the booths at a restaurant he frequented were large enough to fit his 6-foot, 290-pound body.
Martin Kessman of Suffern, N.Y., says he experienced pain and embarrassment at a White Castle restaurant in Nanuet, N.Y., when he couldn’t fit into the booths while dining with friends.
