Where to buy movies

So, I just moved to Gahanna with my family, and I ended up leaving lots of my DVDs and such with my friends back home as gifts. So, anyway, I was wondering if there were any really good places in Columbus where I could pick up some new movies and some old favorites. I'm a fan of a lot of Japanese horror movies, indie stuff (Ichi the Killer, Wristcutters, stuff like that).
Any recommendations or anything like that would be much appreciated.

There really isn't a "spot" for purchasing films... I keep an eye on the Sunday circulars for deals from the box stores, and hit amazon.com used and half.com for the best prices. As far as Asian DVD/DivX there's a spot on Bethel Road West of 315 (or there used to be) across from Microcenter in a strip mall.

Best Buy has a pretty good selection.
Also, The Internet.
Seriously, I can't recall the last time I bought a movie that didn't come from one of those two places. There are some places you can pick DVDs up used, but I never seem to have any luck with them not being scratched up. Perhaps someone else can shed some light on some places that might be a better find though...

I don't know about them having the type of movies you're after, but Hollywood Video always has sales on movies that have been watched. Sometimes it's buy 1 get 3.
I don't buy, I rent.

I think it closed. It was right next to Fantasia (best bubble tea ever).

There's an Asian video store cattycorner from Patel Brothers in Kenny Center. Not sure how good the selection is, but it's there.

I have a copy or Clockwork Orange I'll sell you for $5 or best offer.
I don't know of any movie thrift stores or vintage stores. I hear Portland has some though.

Amazon is great for used movies also
For newer Releases I am a big fan of the REDBOX you can rent them for 1 buck a day or buy them for 7 bucks check that out as well.

Video Central on Livingston and 5th has a lot of titles, including a large amount of foreign films, for sale off the shelves. These are, however, the used DVDs that they rent regularly to customers.
