You know when you watch movies or TV and there is that "worst corner in the city" location...
So if you had to say that about Columbus, what would the intersection or corner, or block be?

yeah, E main is bad too. also see hilltop, linden
last time I drove down E Main St it was all beat up, really in bad shape. I don't make it a habit of hitting that area, so it's been about a year now.
it was in jest. relative to misskitty's assumption that "all of the East Side" is bad.
:)
Drive through DC or Detroit sometime. Nothing in Columbus is really that bad.
Area around OSU East.
sinclair and Leonard Ave

true, I have never seen people creep out of the shadows when you drive slowly down a street and try to sell me crack or a stolen lawnmower at midnight like they do in Youngstown/Warren. but OP is just asking about worst in Cols

Not all of it but a lot of it is shifty. But that is another topic the reason I chose the intersection I did was because it’s Hit! It just looks horrid and the (Need DNA testing) signs on the utility poles don’t help.
Aesthetically? Morse & Westerville. It's a wasteland.

Yeah, the wasteland areas are what depress me the most. Most bad inner-city neighborhoods still have some decent housing stock and a lot of potential.
But a drive down parts of Georgesville Road or Brice Road will just suck the soul right out of you.

Exactly! I went driving around Westgate/Hilltop over the weekend just to check it out and ended up at the intersection of Broad and Georgesville Rd. It was depressing, I couldn't wait to turn around.

Yes I corrected that to address the Nearer East side. Did you see that ? Then I gave a more specific location.
Do you disagree with the intersection I picked?
I think some streets on that end of town are just lovely Bryden comes to mind. But if you turn off the wrong side street you are no longer in a lovely place anymore.

Agreed - I feel like that on Rt 23 in Delaware County! I find inner-city corners to be very interesting.
