YouTubeI know Whole World Eatery's been shut down for several months due to a kitchen fire and their website says they will reopen around mid-March. Anyone know when they're reopening? I could use a broccoli burger!

I checked the site last week. Inside looks OK. The sign offs and permits for the various contractors are listed in the front window for the building inspectors. It looks to be several more months before they reopen. Good bet they will be at Comfest if you need and fix and they are not open by June.

It opened today according to today's Dispatch. A great place to eat and a Columbus landmark, along with the Blue Danube.

I enjoyed one of their Broccoli Burgers at Comfest this year, and saw the reopening post there.
Keep them in mind this Summer if you are looking for a locally based restaurant that offers fresh vegetarian options like:
Black Bean Nachos
Avocado Croissant
Oregon Apple PizzaAlong with daily specials and inspired soups, they have a great Sunday brunch menu.

Went today and got a broccoli burger! Fantastic! Also love the open faced avocado croissant...so delicious and glad to have it back, you have to check it out!

I'm really looking forward to going there sometime this weekend or next week. I live just down the street, but they closed shortly after I moved there and I never got a chance to go.
