But if we don't get open in the next 30 days, my heart is going to explode and that will really set back the opening date ;) If you're walking by, please pop your head in and say hi to Rick. Knead on High wrote Angelo, the brewer from Barley's gave us some spent hops that Josh is using to make beer bread for our version of a cuban sandwich called the Cuban-OH with braised pork, crispy pork belly, jalepeno aioli, Ohio baby swiss, housemade pickles and slaw.
There's been a lot of pork discussion today, and I remembered this sammich.
Anyone been by lately? Heard any updates?

Thanks to Walker for posting the video. I tried but am so technologically impaired that I assigned the job to my friend Nancy who made the video (Thanks Again!!) and Walker beat her to the punch. At first I wasn't sure if you could post videos but I saw mbeaumonts awesome video of the Pride Parade. Check it out if you haven't seen it yet! Passed the health inspection AND received approval for the patio so full steam ahead with training! Tentative opening date set for July 6th or sometime that week.
