I saw that the building next to Mouton has been painted black outside and it sounds like construction is going on inside. Does anyone know what is going in there?

If only he had some online community forum to share all this knowledge!I'm always happy to share, but I always respect the wishes of those to hold off on their announcement until fully ready. Many times a deal is not 100% finalized, even after details start getting leaked, and it can disrupt the flow of the business to throw it all out there prematurely.
So yeah... hold tight. More soon. ;)
