It's confirmed that North Korea recently sunk a South Korean ship, they've got nuclear bombs, they're ruled by one of the most off-balanced, egomaniacal dictators in modern times, and tens of millions of people are starving and dying while Kim plays out his lavish Hollywood fantasies.
What should be done? War? Further negotiation? What are the options?

After the UN has sent a stern letter? Wow. That kinda one-two punch might just be too much for the world to handle.
With less humor, a direct unprovoked attack on SK warship seems to indicate either rogue elements in the NK military bent on starting a conflict, an accident of near incredible magnitude or a political move designed to elicit more foreign aid ( as in, NK starts trouble to seek appeasement ).

Personally, I think so. This feels a lot like Rwanda in the early '90s. The world is watching this happen (although for 55 years rather than 2) and doing nothing. Although Rwanda didn't have the ability to take out a neighboring city.

So, snark aside you're opposed to military action? NK has said they'd consider further sanctions an act of war, and now SK is doing some saber rattling of their own.
