I know lattitude 41 does, refectory, and Rosendales. Does M? Does Handke's? Just looking for a restaurant that has one. I don't remember M or Handke's having one, but maybe you have to ask for it.

You guys recomend it? Never even heard of Del Mondo. This is for my mother's 60th birthday, so we would like it to be a really nice place.

The Refectory has one... http://www.therefectoryrestaurant.com/page/17hgr/Menus/Bistro.html
I think Rosendales and Lattitude do tasting menus which don't offer any choices.
Basi used to do an early bird prix fixe, but I think they pulled it.

How many people are you talking?
If you are a 10-12 or so, you can probably arrange a fixed menu for the party in advance. The servers would be very relieved, I can promise. Virtually any restaurant in town will be glad to do this. We do it all the time.
If you are doing a weeknight (which will give you more flexibility across the board), I would also recommend Alana's. Just call her in advance, tell her what you want and for how many and set something up.

We decided on Rosendale's and booked it they have an 8 course tasting menu. Never eaten at Rosendale's before, but the price for the tasting menu gave me a heart attack, but for a one time a year kind of thing it should be nice.

Which one? There is a Chef's menu which is done as a 'suprise' (ie made up that day based on ingredients) and the menu-listed one.
Don't be afraid to get involved and make adjustments for members of your party that have dietary restrictions, allergies or phobias. It is a tasting menu, not a prix-fixe set menu. The restaurant is there to provide you with the best possible experience, but you have to be an active participant when needed.
Don't be afraid to let them take you on a journey but if the purpose is a celebration or for someone special, there are times when you need to take the reins.
When exactly are you going? It might be useful to know.

We are going May 24th, and we have not decided on which menu yet, as they said we do not have to decide right now. I would rather do the chef's tasting menu, but with wine pairings it is 175 a person, so we are looking at around a grand or so for everyone, might be a little to steep, we will just have to see. I spoke to them about my brother as he basically only eats chicken, and they said it would not be a problem in accommodating him separately. I am very excited to eat here, as I have eaten Chef Rosendale's food at the Greenbriar before, but I cannot wait to see what he has in store at his own restaurant.
