I will never listen to Morning Edition, it brings back horrible childhood memories.
Traumatic run in with a rabid Bob Edwards?
Carl Kasell with a chainsaw?
No, just being given a verbal test over any number of subjects while being driven to grade school by my father. Of course he listened to morning edition every single morning as well. A quiz over the capitals of African countries at 7:30 while morning edition is playing is boring for a 9 year old.
I have not listened to npr since.
not to mention the weekends filled with michael feldman and click and clack and listening to garrison keeler.
god i hate npr
