I know there was a big long post about this a long time ago but I can't find it. From what I remember there are now offices in part of it, but I haven't been past in a while. Is the rest still vacant or is it filled now?

G and Corso still have their offices in there, always have, but as far as I know nothing else has been done with it. I was under the impression it was going to be redone under ownership of some Hip Hop guy.

I thought a hip hop club went in there at the start of the year. I've driven by a few times on a friday or saturday night and have seen a big line of people wrapped around the block. Last time I saw that was a few weeks ago, so i figured it had been going strong for quite awhile.
