Does anyone have any updates on the planned project on the Ohio Health parking lot at 3rd and Dennison. I remember they were planning quite a few condos or single family homes there but I haven't heard anything in over a year.

My brother lived on Ewing Alley about two years ago and rented from Wood Companies. I was told I couldn't park in that lot anymore because construction was about to begin, but again, that was two years ago?

Still a parking lot. Interestingly though, I bked through that intersection two days ago and the lot on the NE corner had no cars in it and was surrounded by yellow tape like it was about to be built upon.

I saw all the yellow tape too, but I assumed that it was because the parking lot is in really bad shape, and could be a liability if people park there.

I heard the developer was tryingto negotiate with the VV commission. Something along the lines that if they built real nice stuff on Starr then they wanted to overbuld the rest site, and the commission said no. I don't have any details though.
