It wasn't the worst job I had. As much as I hated doing customer service, I was really good at it, so got promoted through the ranks really quickly - in the period of two years I was making almost twice as much money as when I started. Would probably still be there now if the office hadn't closed, but probably not doing customer service any more. I took advantage of the tuition reimbursement, it put a decent dent into a pricy DeVry bill.
Were you Cigna proper or were you temping through Spherion? Customer service?
