The insatiable need to post the status of your airline flight on facebook.sorry about that. i have a group of colleagues that travel a lot and we use it as a quick way to reference where everyone is heading and where we might link up on the road. so look out for CMH-LGA-PHL coming up soon.

So tired of all the filthy savage animals in my neighborhood blatantly throwing trash on the street from their cars, it's almost a daily occurrence. I find myself more and more looking forward to moving out of the ghetto here someday.

You should move to New Albany then. No trash on the ground there.

She recorded them with her cell phone camera as she asked if they had been throwing rocks into windows, Elias reported."

They'll get all starry-eyed and you can live some place decent.

It’s really like ice shards that may slice your throat should you accidently swallow one. At my job we have a crushed ice machine that makes the awesome crushed ice It’s the best thing ever!

people who talk on speaker phone. double peeves for people who are doing it just because they're too lazy to pick up the phone. Triple for people who do it because it makes them feel important.

Yeah speakerphone is the devil's workshop.
Also I hate touch-screen phones. I am technologically challenged and continually find myself inadvertently playing a game of Tetris while trying to make a routine phone call to my grandmother.
I don't ever remember holding a corded, rotary phone and thinking, "I hate this phone SO MUCH", now I say that at least 3 times a day. I kinda hate it so much I have stopped using the phone much at all. I feel old, like I wish I had a GIANT phone with giant mashy marshmallow numbers, so that I'd never be confused or accidentally start typing a memo with my cheek that just says 3333333hhhhhhhh;j.
It now occurs to me that much of my bitching on this thread has been phone-centric. I guess I really hate talking on the phone these days! Strange to think how many 4-hour conversations I used to have daily with my best friend in 7th grade ;)
