I am not new to CU but the Food Fort is. We are part of the Economic and Community Development Institute. The Food Fort rents food carts to food entruprenuers and provides a commissary for food trucks and food carts. Coming soon is an incubator kitchen and bakery to help individuals start or expand a food based business. This is exciting, the idea has been in the works at ECDI for a couple years and 2012 will see this part of the operation up and running. The Food Fort also provides marketing, food safety, product placement and mobile vending placement technical assistance. We plan to create several events to promote mobile and local food in 2012.
That is the Food Fort in a nutshell, we are here to serve....or help you serve.

Hello! Moved to Grandview not very long ago and love it. Columbus has always been my home! I love to find new things on here.

Hello! I'm a Columbus native, and have just heard about CU so it's all pretty new to me. I'm already discovering places I want to visit downtown and in The Short North. Such a cool site!

Hi! I'm Jewel! I'm from the Hocking Hills area in SE Ohio but I looove Columbus, especially at Christmas time!
I am travelling to OSU hospital tomorrow and am wondering, because of construction in the area, if I am still able to get there via 70E to 315 exiting onto King Avenue? Any info would be so appreciated! Thanks!
I look forward to reading more about all that is going on in our great capital city!Posted 5 months ago # -
Pretty sure that exit is fine. The highway construction is mainly on the other side of Downtown (71 & 670). ;)

Hi! I've been reading this site for several years (found it via the Columbus LJ community where Walker was posting regularly) but just got around to registering.
I've lived in Italian Village for the last six years, grew up on the east side, and have previously lived in the Brewery District, the north side, the NE side, and right in the heart of the Short North.
EDIT: P.S. Go Crew!

Hi all! Like andrewdrinker, I've been reading for years and just resolved to jump into the thick of things. I'm a native, but my wife is a transplant from Louisiana who has grown to love our fair city (winters excluded).

Hi! I am new to Columbus, and Ohio. I moved here from the Ft-Dallas area less than 2 weeks ago for a job opportunity. So far, not too bad! Except this weather! I will become accustomed to it eventually!

Been reading for a while, but posting for the first time today. I'm a native Tennessean but have been bouncing around the country for most of my 20s. Been in Columbus for a year now and hoping to settle in and stay for a while.

Just wondering from your posting if you may have bought one of the new Wagenbrenner rehabs in WP?
