Hi,
My name's Steph and I moved back to Columbus about a year ago after graduating college & living abroad. I've been following CU for a while and it seems like a great place to find apartments/hear about events going on.
I'm looking for an affordable apartment around Downtown Columbus; trying to figure out the best strategy for apartment hunting in Columbus.

Hey, I'm Lisa. I've been living in Columbus since June, but haven't really felt the pulse of the people yet. Someone mentioned this to me, so I figured I'd check it out! Hello!

Hey everyone! I've lived around the Columbus area for most of my life. Looking into moving to Clintonville in the next few months. I'm a big fan of local music and the Columbus Crew. I've checked out the message board a few times and finally decided to register. Cheers!

Hello everyone, I've been lurking for a couple of months and though I'd introduce myself. I originally grew up Columbus but moved away to DC after college for a job offer. I then moved to Miami for grad school and that's were I'm currently working. I've been using this board to keeps tabs on Columbus as my wife and I have been contemplating moving back.

Hi InnerCore .... If you do decide to move back, as you can see from other threads, the next 12 months will be a very exciting time for Columbus.

Needless to say after living in DC and Miami Columbus is a little... blah, especially since were used to living in very urban environments where we walk to everything.
But I must say coming to this site and seeing the new developments are at least helping to ease my pain.

Hi,
I guess I registered a few months ago (?) but wasn't really active on here until recently. Love the site. I've lived around Columbus my whole life (not saying much since I'm a "young professional). I'm looking to move closer to the city, like a lot of people, now that I'm working downtown. I am a big sports fan - Ohio State, Blue Jackets, etc. I also enjoy music, especially live shows and I was in a band a few years back that fizzled out after a couple shows, though I would like to get back to playing with some people once I have the time (damn you CPA exam!).

I used to be here, occasionally reading, but not for awhile... never really posted much. My username is the result of a typo. Shoulda been Rocket Number Nine. Whoops!
I'm mostly here for music and local happening discussion! Grew up in the suburbs of Columbus, now in Grandview, which is dang nice.

Hello there.
I've been lurking here for a couple years now, but I decided to make an account after popping into the holiday party for a bit tonight.
I'm 24, I grew up on the far northwest side of Columbus, went to Worthington Kilbourne, and after living out in St. Louis for a few years during college I moved back here.
I like local politics, beer, and food, and not necessarily in that order. I'm not ashamed to admit that the keg of Barley's is what really drew me out to the thing tonight.
Maybe I'll see you around the internets.
