The Economic and Community Development Instituteis hiring a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer (LO) evaluates and recommends approval of commercial loans to management and loan review committee. In many instances, the Loan Officer will provide technical assistance to applicants while reviewing the application materials and backup documentation as well as preparing the credit memorandum. This is completed by analyzing and synthesizing business plans, financial statements, credit data, and other information pertinent information relating to approving and funding a commercial loan application. The LO will be responsible for completing post loan servicing requests from their client, providing technical assistance where required, and assisting with collections calls, modifications, and workouts, as well as providing post loan technical assistance. The LO will strive to meet performance goals set out in conjunction with VP of Lending and organization needs.
Preferred 2-5 years experience.
