With the New Year coming up, if you are like me, I like to take a look back on the past year of the good, the bad and the ugly, which was a good movie by the way. I normally don’t believe in new years resolutions but I’m going to give it a whirl this time. I know for me, 2006 has been a very up and down year with a relationship ending after almost 4 years in which I still miss that relationship I had with that special woman, not having a so hot job (not going to complain that much about it b/c I do have a job though) and losing some friends that were close to me.
I know that the good was meeting new friends, seeing Columbus, Ohio grow even more, having my close friends have my back in any situation which I am grateful for and me feeling good about the type of person I am.
I know for 2007, I want to network more to get my name out there in the nightlife industry as far as trying to become a promoter. I want to focus on my friendships more b/c I feel that true friends are very important to have in life. Focus on working with a better company and just enjoying my life for me and not be so much in the “Rushing†mood that much b/c I am on the go a lot and I feel that I just have to step back, relax and just enjoy life more than what I am now. Most importantly, I want to make better decisions for myself in life to better myself as great person overall.
Share your thoughts on how you want the New Year to start out. Thanks for reading and have a good day and a better one tomorrow.
