hey everyone!
As many of you know I am moving to NYC the week after next
I have a lot of artwork!
most is very unique, very original/experimental and in various sizes
ranging from very very small to 12'x9'
I don't want to have to store it ! SO.... I am selling ALL OF IT
all offers will be taken seriously
I am not kidding
I want you to have the work in your homes
again.... I can't take it with me and don't want to have to store it
It is all completely original work!
If you have wanted art for your homes and thought you couldn't afford it you are wrong. Check out my website bendevoe.com or myspace where I have some work not on my website at myspace.com/d_voe
You'll be hard pressed to find someone else making work like this and definitely not so affordable. This is a one time deal, I will never sell my work for prices like this ever again.

And you had the nerve to tell me that Columbus doesn't respect your artwork. If I could post a thread and get 4-5 leads in a day I would call that a success.

it will feel awesome to know this work will be in peoples homes rather then a dark basement or storage unit.
to Mike... you know my work pretty well make me an offer now
to coreroc,(columbusbative) while I truly appreciate all of the people interested in taking a piece home with them. It will mean a lot to me know that you guys will have the work.
I wrote this long winded monologue about why I am leaving... but just deleted it. Core ... here it is, I am selling my work for next to nothing because it would mean so much more to me to have it in people's homes or in someone's possession. Art is powerless if is can't be experienced.
I want this to happen on a regular but I am a painter not a salesman and I am tired of pushing a rock uphill here. You dig? It breaks my heart but I just need to be around more dealers/collector and unfortunately a more edgy/open minded market. It is a smart decision for me right now. :(

what is reasonable?
are we talking 1000 is reasonable?
or are we talking 300 as in reasonable?
I have no idea. I might buy something if reasonable as in 300 or so. But from what I have seen in art galleries here 1000 is reasonable.
