The AIA Columbus Chapter’s annual Design Awards recognizes excellence in architectural design by Columbus architects and those within the boundaries of the AIA Columbus Chapter. The program’s purpose is to celebrate the achievements of a broad range of architectural activity in order to elevate the breadth and value of architectural practice and to honor the architects, clients and consultants who work together to improve the built environment.
All of these projects have been juried by a distinguished group of architects from outside our region. The projects submitted are for consideration of both Architecture Awards (built) and Project Awards (unbuilt). The jury selection for 2010 Design Awards will be announced on Wednesday, October 27th, during the official awards presentation at The Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University.
We invite you to explore the projects and vote for your favorite project: The 2010 People’s Choice. One vote per person. Voting concludes on Tuesday, October 19th at 5:00 pm. The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced on Wednesday, October 20th during the AIA Columbus Annual Meeting.
