I had a friend in town for a few days and she stayed at the Victorian Village Guest House. It's comparable in price to the Hampton Inn near North Market and other hotels but it was so much nicer.
It's in walking distance to the Short North and OSU. The space was really pretty, very quiet and immaculate. I highly recommend it for friends in town or for a little in-town getaway. The space was really peaceful and quiet despite being right on Neil Avenue.
The owner Lisa Morton was amazing, she had a bottle of my friend's favorite type of wine as well as some cookies from Pistacia Vera. My friend left her scarf and Lisa mailed in back to her!
The guest house left a really great impression on my friend from Charlotte and she had a wonderful experience in Columbus.
