For the May Meetup, let's mix things up a bit! We're going to try a meetup with tons of vegetarian and vegan options, outdoor dining to soak up some sunshine after a long winter, an opportunity to get together with new members and old friends, and a pre/post-meetup shopping opportunity with one-of-kind and unique vendors! Here's the plan:
PARK in the North Market parking lot (located behind the North Market for a fee) or for free anywhere along Park Street. There is also lots of parking available along W. Goodale St. http://www.mapquest.c...
DROP off your chair or blanket at the corner of the Goodale park nearest the corner of W. Goodale St and Park St. I'll be there early to keep an eye on them. Try to get there between 12:30-12:45. If you have any trouble finding us, just give me a call on the cell (614.257.8104).
WALK to the North Market, located at the corner of Park St and Spruce St. It's about a block or so away and has TONS of great vegetarian and vegan options. Then, bring your meal of choice back to Goodale Park.
EAT, CHAT, ENJOY, SOAK UP SOME SUNSHINE, SEE OLD FRIENDS, MAKE NEW ONES.
OTHER OPTIONS: Ride your bike to the meetup, bring guests/friends, come early or stay late to hang out in the park, or do some shopping at some of the North Market's many local, organic, and unique vendors!
