I like #1 best, but I'm also a sucker for local history and sepia-tone.
My only issue with it is the logo on the door blends in a bit too much to the background.
That said, Columbus pointing to your website and slogan gives it a really good visual flow.
My inclination is that it's more important for the van to be striking while parked than while moving. If I'm driving, I'm rarely going to spend that much time looking at the sides of a van that's passing me. On the other hand, it would be worth at least putting the logo and website on the back door so that someone behind you can read it.
#4 is second place for me. I like the big letters and the utensils. I think I'd rather the door logo from #1 and #2 instead of the website though.
