Tatyana Arsh, the director of the Columbus Department of Public Utilities is resigning, sources told The Dispatch today.
A city statement confirmed her departure this afternoon, saying Arsh notified Mayor Michael B. Coleman this week that she would be leaving after 15 years with the city. Sources inside the department said she would be notifying senior staff members this afternoon.
