Has anyone else taken this exam yet? I'm in a weekly study group and we are scheduled to take the exam in June. Some of stories I'm hearing are making me nervous.
Can anyone tell me? Is it true that each question has multiple right answers because they are not looking for right answers but to gauge your "comprehension" process instead? If so then a 100% of right but not right enough answers could cause one to fail it?

I have taken it and passed. There are 80 questions and some (most questions) have multiple answers. (e.g. - choose 3 out of 6 answers)
Know the administrations, such as how to register a LEED project, and CIR (Credit Interpretation Ruling). Also, memorize the requirement and synergy between each section and points. Memorize the references (ASHRAE, Green Label, etc...) Know the submittals (design, construction, and required submittals for each points)
The test is pretty comprehensive. You'll need 170/200 points to pass. But I don't think it's 100% right on multiple answer question. I do believe you get partial points for the right answers per question.

Yup, USGBC is a for-profit organization. I don't know how I feel about that since all LEED certification and accreditation goes through USGBC. And some of the questions in the tests were non-essential since I will end up referencing back to the book anyways.
EDIT: Oops, I was mistaken. USGBC is a Non-profit Organization, although it doesn't seem like it. My bad.
