Pierce Brothers Cleaners has been open since 1946. I drive by their sign 2-3 times per day. Each side of the sign offers up a pithy bit of wisdom or joke. They have had something new to share each week for decades. In early April the sign took a big whack and things have not been the same since.
What do you think should be on the sign when it is mended?

Reminds me of the iconic downtown Seattle institution "The Lusty Lady". It was a peep show place that was in part famous for its marquee, which was always filled with timely satirical plays-on-words. It's closing down soon. Read about it and some of the phrases HERE (SFW, BTW)
