Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms for two people?
Planning on hosting a lot of sleepovers?

Doubt it; I would say the allure would be more of purchasing a $2.8M house for $1.4...Seems to be some upside there.

Oh, sure. That sounds like a deal. I've just never understood the need for overly excess living space, regardless of how much/little money someone might have.
Sounds like he's paying for a lot of space that they'll rarely use.

Totally agree with you on having as much living space as you might need, but there are a lot of people right now purchasing more home because housing prices are incredibly relatively low.
Also, I'm sure they will be doing a lot of entertaining and being from Florida, having space for out of town guests is never wasted.

Definitely attractive as a half-off sale. He might be able to flip it handsomely the first time we lose to Michigan.

You'd think with a name like Urban, he'd live in the middle of the city.

My guess is that as head coach, there's a lot of entertaining at your home, probably at least a few people several times per week. While I'm not a huge house fan, I can see the need for dedicating space to host/entertain/woo boosters/etc. and space to live in your home.

pez beat me to it, but yeah...I would guess that amount of space would get used much like the Wexner House probably uses most of its space at times.
p.s. He does have 3 grown children as well, and you add in kids of the kids down the road not too far, you could use a good portion of it just for family events.

I don't see why a head coach would need seven extra bedrooms to entertain/woo boosters overnight. Wouldn't putting someone up in a nice hotel be a better fit?
