So, there seems to be a lot going on in urban Columbus in terms of development. So much so that it is getting kind of hard to keep track of everything, which is a great problem to have. When I say urban Columbus, I'm including downtown, IV, VV, Short North, GV, the general near east, Franklinton, Weinland Park, OSU and Grandview. I got bored last night and typed up a quick list of everything that I could remember. Everytime a project is announced is like a hit of crack for me. Yes, I'm an urban development junkie. I have a pretty good memory too. Anyways, here is the list. I did include OSU projects since it is an urban campus. I left out individual retail, restaurants, etc. because there are so many coming and going. If you know of something that is not on the list, feel free to mention it. I did type this up pretty quick so I'm sure I missed something.
Prepare yourself for urban development shock and awe. This is COLUMBUS RISING. Haha, just kidding. enjoy.
