Secondly, how exactly can you claim that "obamacare" isn't referring to Obama???

interestingly, if you actually read the document, you'll find on page 30, it lists under 46 million are uninsured, and 9.737 million of those are not citizens.

p.s. Page 30 is a chart of Annual Average Consumer Price Index Research Series Using Current Methods (CPI-U-RS) All Items: 1947 to 2007, and in fact...there is no such figure in that document

i'm saying 9.737 million out of 12.17 million foreign-born citizens don't have insurance. i'm willing to bet the 20% who do aren't illegal aliens, and the remaining 9.737 million aren't all student/work visa's or those in the process of naturalization. i can't make the statement any more clear than that.
