Mr. Limbaugh on the health care bill:
"I'll just tell you this, if this passes and it's five years from now and all that stuff gets implemented -- I am leaving the country. I'll go to Costa Rica."
So... if a vaguely nationalized health care system happens in the U.S.A. he is going to 'escape' to a country that has a large nationalized health care system.
Sorry... I'm confused and I don't think I'm the only one.

Ignore him, he's just talking for the attention. Craig Ferguson talked about him a while back after what Rush said after the Haiti earthquake. You can find it on YouTube. I'd find it for you, but it's blocked at work.
Alec Baldwin said he was going to leave the country if Bush won back in 2000.
I remember listening to Glenn Beck on 610 back when he didn't have a TV show. He actually sounded reasonable back then. Nowadays (and maybe back then), it's all an act.

I was worried this was going to be about Rush moving to Columbus.
I'm relieved that this is not the case.
Alas, he's still behind in the race for most self-contradictory angry rant. That award is still held by Glen Beck for his speech against public funding, proudly researched at a public library.
