I am pretty sure that Hooters on E. Main St. will be showing that card. They show most of them and I think that I saw a sign there when I stopped in the other day.
Just give them a call to check for sure.

The Billiards place at Olde Henderson and Kenny shows most of the boxing, so I'd guess they'd shot this as well...can't remember the exact name of the place though.

Also the new Hooters on Hilliard Rome is showing the fight. Don't know what type of crowd it will draw as the place has only be open a few months. But there are TV's all over the place. And they all seem to be HD, not that the fight will be in HD.
