One, the insane number of gourmet toppings they offer for delivery.
Two, they mailed me a thank-you card for ordering a pizza from them. I mean, it's a hand-written postcard, with my name on it, thanking me for ordering a single large capacolla pizza from them and saying that they hope it was good.
And it was good! But I don't know if I deserved a card for it. Maybe they're confusing me with somebody else. Maybe the card was sent by one of my many internet enemies who has now confirmed my real name and address. Either way, it was a really pleasant surprise to find that in my mailbox.
