I was walking to lunch and came across what I thought was a Christian religious pamphlet / rapture flier thingie that someone had neglected to throw in the trash.
Guess there is a game of " tweet and go seek " going on that I did not know about. On the reverse side was a $5 coupon for Dirty Franks.
It appears that they are hiding coupons on 4x4 pieces of wood across the city and giving hints as to where they are.

Cool. I love the gaming aspects that are opening up with social media.
Tony Hawk has been doing this for some time, hiding custom decks in places and tweeting clues to the location.

His last hide and seek had a drop in Gahanna that we wanted to go search for so bad, but had other stuff going on.
Tweet and go seek is awesome! I do wish he'd retweet when someone finds a drop. Not knowing if it's been found already or not keeps me from going to look if it's been 15 or 20 mins since he posted. I'm sure this thread means my competition just shot up ;)

Reminds me of geocaching.
Which was a lot of fun especially when some of the items were not easily acceptable locations.
At the time I played I lived in Philadelphia and it was kind of like playing National Treasure without the bad acting.
Some of the items where:
Inside Betsy Ross' house
In the wall surrounding Benjamin Franklin's tomb
Where George Washington's sword was pointing
Where Rodin's 'The Thinker' was pondering
Some had to do with independence hall, the liberty bell, etc.
It was really quite a unique experience in such a historic city.

When he visited the tony Art Basel Miami Beach gathering in 2009, Matt Barnes didn't just observe the burgeoning avant-garde scene to which culture buffs and the ultra-rich swarm each winter.
The resident of Grandview Heights - toting 4-by-4-inch collages of his own - stashed 50 of the miniature works in unseen urban nooks outside the swank Florida fetes, hoping that well-heeled aficionados would notice them.

HAH! I went looking for that "tweet and go seek" less than 15 minutes after it was tweeted! That was the first time I knew where it was and was close enough to get there quickly. You must have gotten it moments after it was placed.
I just found this thread because I found a different curious piece of urban art down in Pearl Alley that I'm trying to identify. A tiny school bus on a block of wood.. thankfully it was mentioned in the article Walker posted! I found a busproject bus!
