I don't recommend wearing your raincoat inside out tonight. The liner will get wet and then it will probably smell funky.

Vinyl raincoats inside out or satin lined---not all fabrics feel good....monkey fleece and velour!!!

I find this rather uncomfortable with my spiked heals, leather studded jacket and ostrich feather boa.
