So far 11 trucks have been confirmed. I could not find any in the Brice and Livingston area - if anyone has firm locations for these let me know. I expect a few more to present themselves now that the weather is not 20 below everyday.

There's one in front of Growing Solutions on Georgesville Rd, between Clime Rd and Hall Rd. I've never stopped there personally, but they seem to have all the usual suspects (tacos, burritos, tortas), and seem to be open at least until dark, even during the winter. I'll try to get more info next time I drive by.

Yes! I can confirm that a truck is in the parking lot of the Cardinal Supermarket on Norton, next to St. Ceclia's church. I think it's called "7 Mariscos" or something like that.
I've not eaten there, so I can't speak for the food. But I will say that they SEEM to be open 24-7. They're always open when I pass in the mornings or late at night and they always seem to have at least someone ordering or eating. Looks like it should be good!

Thanks shmack - We have been to that one, but i hadn't seen the weblink - so that is useful. That one is right next to a gentleman's club called 'Candy Land'
It was interesting because so far it was the only one that had Huharaches - a sort of mexican flat bread pizza - DELICIOUS!!
We have been to 11 so far I think and there are more on the radar-- need to start posting maps/ photos etc soon.

Thanks we have been to that one -Mr Grill Tacos - It was pretty good. They have a Salvadorean dish at the weekend called popusas (pupusa), that was one of the highlights.

HW and I have confirmed 11 Taco Trucks in town, plus three that exist but do not seem to be open presently. There are some older reports of trucks on the east side in the Brice and Livingston area - I took a look for them but could not find any.
If anybody spots a truck on the east side (not the one near airport by the VA Hospital - we have that one covered) please let us know with an address or cross street if possible.
