excellent. i love the hand-off from Project Runway to Top Chef so there are no withdrawal symptoms. they are the only two reality shows i will watch.

Very interesting. Unless I am awfully confused, "Richard" is a fairly well known chef in cheffy-circles. He has a big trail of restaurant failures in Atlanta in spite of his huge talent and creativity. He has done some brilliant stuff. General consensus is that he should have left Atlanta some time ago.
Another chef on the list - and I don't intend to be coy - is at a restaurant where someone I know had a huge issue with a failure of the place to fully honor purchased gift cards. Funny.
Nimma's food schtick looks terribly dull, but she is my cutie.
